Prepare for your Jail Notarization
Before scheduling your appointment, please ensure the following:

The inmate is aware you are sending a Notary to Jail, understands the purpose of the document, and agrees to sign it. No refunds will be issued if the inmate is unaware or refuses to sign the document.

Inspect the document(s) to see if they require additional witnesses other than the Notary Public. It is always suggested to use forms that only call for Notary Public to witness the document.

Speak with the Inmate prior scheduling the appointment to ensure they will be at the jail. If they are pending a court date or have scheduled work, plan accordingly.

The best time to schedule your appointment is Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. We will make every effort to accommodate your timeline but ask for advance notice for these signings.

Correctly identify the facility where the inmate is incarcerated

Obtain and write down inmates Booking Number

It is crucial that you communicate with the inmate beforehand to make sure they are fully aware of our visit and understand type of document(s)we will be presenting for their signature.
Fees:
We offer a flat rate which includes, printing, USPS mailing and notarizing (2) signatures. Courier services will be extra (UPS/Fed-x)​
